- Grow Slow. Grow True.
Grow Slow. Grow True.
Shifting pace. Staying grounded.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about growth—not the kind you post about, but the kind you feel. The kind that asks for less noise, more alignment. After some time off, a few good books, and quiet mornings in the yard, I wrote this.
Sometimes it’s listening more than speaking.
Sometimes it’s being okay with being different.
I’m not who I was—and that’s not a loss.
Finishing chapters of the Bible, feeling more whole.
Finished Psychology of Money—understanding the soul of spending.
Setting KPIs for life, not just work.
No more hustle for hustle’s sake.
Watching Iyanu and smiling— funny how I pitched HBO for a year
& ended up there in a different way.
Success is execution. Growth is doing.
And rest is not retreat—it’s realignment.
I’m planting a garden. Inside and out.
Time off wasn’t a break—it was a becoming.
Peace,
Fredo
